About the event
Thank you for considering sponsoring the Twin City Truck Centre Open Day!
This inaugural event, featuring a vibrant show and shine along with various activities and displays, promises to celebrate all things trucks.
Your sponsorship will play a crucial role in making this event a success while providing valuable exposure for your brand among truck enthusiasts and industry professionals.
100% of the profits from this event are going to charities close to our heart, including The Superhero’s Foundation and the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre Trust Fund.
Event Details
Saturday 19th October 2024
10am-2pm
Twin City Truck Centre, 255 McKoy Street Wodonga
Entry is free, and we are opening the entire Twin City Precinct to the public. Our team are busily working to put together a day that includes:

Sponsorship Tiers
Gold
Investment: $5500
Inclusions:
- 6 social media posts in the lead-up to the event, highlighting your sponsorship and participation.
- Logo prominently displayed on all event digital communications.
- Logo featured on the event's official Electronic Direct Mail (EDM).
- Logo placement on printed materials, including the event site map.
- Free 3x3 metre stall at the event to showcase your products or services.
- Opportunity to judge the prestigious show and shine competition.
- Inclusion in the event's media releases and press materials.
- Placement of flags and banners at strategic locations throughout the event venue.
- Free SEO audit of your website from Brand Jam Creative to enhance your online presence.
- Option to include promotional materials in attendee gift bags (materials to be provided by sponsor).

Investment: $1500

Bronze
Investment: $800

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- We are responsible for all marketing, promotion, agenda and speaker management for the Event. Any marketing material/sharing of event communications must be approved by Twin City Truck Centre.
- Your logos and/or names will be displayed on all agreed documentation and material created after the date of this Agreement, subject to the details being received by us.
- You will be listed alphabetically where there is more than one sponsor per category.
- If your sponsorship includes exhibition space-the floor plan is tentative and we reserve the right to adjust the floor layout.
- We are responsible for the use and allocation of sponsorship funds.
- We shall be entitled to invoice for the Order from the date of this Agreement.
- You agree to pay such invoice for the amount agreed in the Order within 30 days of the date of issue of the invoice.
- If the invoice is not paid in full within 30 days of the date of issue, we may stop working on your sponsorship and remove your name as sponsor.
- We shall have the right to terminate any sponsorship by notice to you if you fail to make any payment due to us by the due dates specified in this Agreement or are in breach of this Agreement or you fail to comply with any obligations this Agreement.
- We reserve the right to change details of the Event if necessary, although we will endeavour to keep all changes to a minimum. We will inform you as soon as possible of important changes, for example name, date changes or delivery mechanism (virtual, in-person or hybrid).
- In the event that we postpone an Event, all fees paid by you will be credited towards the rescheduled date for the Event.
In the event that we cancel the Event for commercial reasons such as lack of support, then all charges paid by you for the specified services will be refunded. You agree that under those circumstances you will not have any further claims against us. Liability will be limited to the fees paid.
We reserve the right to cancel the Event by reason of Force Majeure
IN-KIND AND PRIZE CRITERIA
- All offers of in-kind support must be applicable and relevant to the operational or promotional needs of the event.
- In-kind sponsorship will be recognized on the day and when funds are given to the selected charities.
- In-kind sponsorship will be recognized with logo placement on the website.
- Prize sponsorships must be of substantial requirement and will be noted in the event program.
